Provides a permanently flexible, 100% waterproof, weather and UV resistant seal for perimeter caulking (windows, doors, siding, panels, and more) with superior flexibility and stretch for high-movement expansion and control joints and precast concrete panel joints. Tenacious adhesion to glass, wood, aluminum, steel, vinyl, concrete, brick, stone, mortar, drywall, plastic, metals, stucco, engineered trim, flexible flashing, Galvalume, EIFS, and more. Fast curing with a skin time of 25 minutes and a tack-free time of 30-45 minutes. Rain ready in 30 minutes. Paintable with latex paints. Solvent-free. Low odor and low VOC. Interior/Exterior use. Available in gray and white.
